You can request a refund for unused credits in your account anytime. We process refunds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Credits that have been used to index links (whether successful or not) cannot be refunded since processing resources were already consumed.
Here's the good part: you only pay for successfully indexed links. If a link doesn't make it into Google's index, you're not charged for it at all.
This isn't technically a refund—it's how our pricing works by default. No indexed link means no charge. Period.
If you deposit funds to unlock a higher tier discount (like depositing $500 for the $0.0008 rate), that discount applies to all links processed while you're at that tier. Discounts are not retroactive or transferable.
Contact us through your dashboard or email us directly. Include your account email and reason for the refund.
We review all refund requests within 24 hours. Most are approved immediately unless there's suspicious activity.
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first, your account gets suspended immediately while we investigate. We're reasonable people—talk to us before going the chargeback route.
